BORRISDALE TWEED

designs and manufactures homewares and accessories from locally woven, single width HARRIS TWEED (Luskentyre or Taobh Tuath), with many fabric designs exclusively commissioned.  Our objective is to provide exclusive, high quality products, always made in the Hebrides or UK, keeping designs functional and unadorned to simply showcase the unique character of the local cloth.

Homewares offered include cushions (various sizes always in stock), bedspreads and throws (made to order).

Our exclusive range of handbags, holdalls and laptop/tablet cases are hand made in the UK using combinations of Italian leather, HARRIS TWEED and more novel fabrics such as ballistic grade Cordura.

In addition, we also offer a number of smaller items such as caps, scarves, organic barley filled doorstops, padded coat hangers and toiletries bags - great for holiday gifts.

Please be advised that the shop will be undergoing extensive renovation during 2019.  During this time, we will be running a pop-up shop at 8a Borrisdale (next to Sound of Harris self-catering).  Please check our social media for details.
