Mol Bàn

is a contemporary comfortable house in a tranquil location. It is a newly built traditional long house using modern building materials to provide a cosy environment with all the benefits a modern home can provide. Sleeps up to 6 persons.

The house is positioned just metres away from the shore line offering panoramic views over the Minch. From the southerly aspect of the house Skye and the Cuillins float in and out of the clouds.

Directly in front of the house lies Lingerbay Island with its Mol Bàn (White Shingle Beach) and its undisturbed wildlife. Seals and otters lounge around the islands and on a storm laden day birds can be seen taking shelter. At the front of the house views over to Roineabhal add a contrast in elements with an ever changing canvas of colours.

From any direction walks wait to be discovered. To enjoy the white sands of Harris a short bus / cycle ride or 15min car ride will take you to Northton or Scarista beach.
